Casa La Marimorena

We are delighted to bring ‘Casa La Marimorena’ to the market, a completely renovated and charming property in the heart of the most sought-after area of the beautiful village of Casarabonela. Just 45 minutes from Malaga airport and yet surrounded by nature and stunning views.

Entering from the street, there is a fully renovated open-plan living room and kitchen. It has stunning views and a new, good-quality kitchen with a refrigerator and washing machine. Perhaps a sofa bed could be placed here for tenants.

On the first floor, there is a well-proportioned double bedroom with a traditional balcony overlooking the quiet street and space for a wardrobe.

On the upper floor, you will find an area that would be ideal for an office. From here, you can access the renovated bathroom. This floor also leads to the first of two well-proportioned terraces with views both upwards and down the valley towards Malaga.

The property is less than a minute’s walk from ample parking and a few minutes from the main streets of the village with its bars and restaurants.
