Peace of Mind Package
Our all-year-round monthly care package for owners who want their property checked, aired and looked after while they are away.
Price
Village properties: 50 euros per month including IVA
Country properties: 75 euros per month including IVA
What is Included?
- Weekly drop in to air the property
- Key holding
- Indoor plant watering
- 1 emergency call out per year (assessment of situation)
- Regular mail collection
- Monthly inspections (including checking doors and windows, outdoor areas, looking for any issues that need attention)
- Bad weather check – according the AEMET ‘aviso rojo’
- Mandate for us to represent you at the local town hall (support with bill payment etc)
Peace of Mind – Rainy Season Package
Not looking for year round care? Then our Rainy Season package is the perfect choice. From November to May, we give your property the extra care it needs.
Winter Package Village: 60 euros per month including IVA
Winter Package Country: 85 euros per month including IVA

Welcome Home Package
- Opening up and airing of the property
- Water turned on
- Electrical appliances switched on (boiler, fridge etc.)
- Shutters lifted and curtains opened
- Garden furniture placed out
- Heating turned on (if applicable)
Optional extras
- Basic shop pre arrival
- Pre arrival clean (15 euros per hour)
- Bedding washed and made (ask us for our price list)
- Delivery of firewood or pellets

- Property locked up securely
- Shutters closed
- Water turned off

- Garden furniture stored
- Fridge emptied and cleaned
