Finca Antonia

The finca has 300 oil producing olive trees. and a private gated entrance.

To access the finca you drive through a small community and along a well maintained country track, from here you find the main gates to the property and drive along a concrete driveway to get to the main house.

Entering the house from the front terrace you will find a well proportioned living and dining space which benefits from a large chimney. From here there is access to a double bedroom which looks out over the front terrace also.

Entering the hallway behind the main living area the kitchen is well proportioned and functioning. To the right of the kitchen is the bathroom and in this area there are a further two double bedrooms. One looks over the driveway and the other over a further terrace to the right hand side of the property.

Above the main living space there is a storage area which currently holds a water deposit but could perhaps be re purposed.

Exiting the property from the front door and going behind there is access to another storage area which currently hosts the washing machine, boiler and other storage, but which could easily form part of the main house, perhaps as an en suite to one of the bedrooms.

Externally there is also a separate storage room accessed from the terrace. This is currently used for storage of gardening tools etcetera.

The finca itself benefits from a variety of trees including pomegranate, various types of citrus, fig and also a variety of nuts.
