- We hold a copy of your key in case you need to grant access to any authorised party while you’re away. With your permission, they can collect the key from our office.
- We’ll collect your mail, if permission is arranged.
- We will inspect your property every month, and provide a report for you;
- We’ll take photos to give you a view of condition.
- We’ll check for major concerns like leaks or damage.
- We’ll check everything is working as expected with your electricity and water.
- We’ll flush through sinks and toilets to prevent stagnation.
- We’ll open the windows and give things an airing.
- We’ll water your indoor plants.
- If we see any areas of concern we’ll provide you with potential solutions.
