We only take on a small amount of clients at a time because it’s important to us to be able to focus fully on the needs of each individual. Also, ‘once a client always a client’ has been our experience and so by maintaining a small group of you we can ensure everyone gets exactly what they need from us.
How does the process work?
Well it’s all quite straightforward really. We start by having a chat on the phone, either by video or not. From there we can work out exactly what your needs are and how we can best serve them.
Typically our clients come to us with an idea and an amount of money. From there we guide them in the right direction.
Separately we can organise all aspects of paperwork side of your financial decision from visas to, mortgages, lawyers and beyond.
From here our clients tend to rely on us to get their new property into the condition they envisage. This may mean project management and renovation or it may be lighter touch such as furnishing, antique sourcing and decoration.
