How does the process work?
It starts with a phone call or WhatsApp. From there we can work out exactly what your needs are, next steps and timelines.
Typically our clients come to us with an idea and investment amount. We look at the market and advise them. From here we book viewings, discuss options and make decisions. Separately we can organise all aspects of the paperwork side from visas to, mortgages, lawyers and more.
From here our clients tend to rely on us to get their new property into the condition they envisage. This may mean project management and renovation or it may be lighter touch such as furnishing, antique sourcing and decoration.
